  1. How old must to be in order to rent car from your company?

ANSWER: All the drivers over 20 years old, holding a valid international driving license at least for one year, could rent a car from our company. In any other case you should contact us and make a special deal, undertaking the risk of an accident, since you hold a valid driving license at least for one year.

  1. Is a credit card necessary for the rental?

ANSWER: Using a credit card is upon to your desire. You could pay the rental upon arrival in cash. Our company will never obligate you to pay by credit card.Credit card you will need to show just for quarantee reason.

  1. Which are the paper requirements in order to sign the contract of the rental?

ANSWER:   1. Hold a valid  driving license.

                    2. Hold a valid identity card or a valid passport.

                    3. Accept the mentioned terms of the rental agreement and sign.

  1. Is it possible to book a specific car type?

ANSWER: All cars without the (or similar) sign next to the model will be excact the model. Car medels with the sign (or simiolar) sometimes may be a bit different model but always same category or even better.

  1. Is there any cancellation fee?

ANSWER: 48 hours before rental time. Nevertheless it would be our pleasure if you could inform us about the cancellation of your reservation as soon as possible so we can refound the full amound of money.

  1. How could I find you at the airport/port/hotel?

ANSWER: We are going to wait for you at the meeting point that we are going to agree (for example at the case of the airport outside the arrival hall), at the expected or agreed time with a big label in which our company’s and your name will be written on. In case that you will be in the meeting point earlier or later than the pre-arranged time you should call directly to our call center.

  1. Would I lose my booking in case of a delay of my arrival?

ANSWER: For sure no. Our company is informed about the delays of the flights or the ships and our representative will be at the meeting point on time. Nevertheless is recommended to give us a call to our call-center.

  1. How could I make a reservation/booking?

ANSWER:

ANSWER: Certainly no. Our company respects your choice to rent a car from us and will never destroy your holidays in such an unacceptable way.BUT always you have to reconfirm your reservation before arrival 

  1.  What should l do in case of break-down or an accident?

ANSWER:  You should call directly to our call center and one of our representatives will be at your disposal. \

    11. Do you hold any deposit for car rental?
